Correct defensive technique is as absolutely necessary a basic skill for all athletes practicing full contact martial arts as striking technique.
Together they form a single set of skills that make up the technical basis of martial art.
This Master Class introduces the technique of defense from static positions, the physical and biomechanical laws and processes that allow for the most effective protection against blows in combat.
Without mastering the correct technique of defense from static positions, further athletic progress of athletes in full contact martial arts is impossible.
Therefore, the course offered by this Master Class is critically important in the athlete training program and is mandatory for study and mastery.
After completing the Master Class, each student receives the electronic Certificate of Completion.

The duration of each Master Class is 2 hours.

3 persons $360 for 2 hours in the dance gym,
